Jalen Duren was ejected in the second quarter of Friday’s game against the Rockets after receiving a Flagrant 2 foul. While jostling with Houston’s Amen Thompson for a rebound, Duren’s arm inadvertently made contact with Thompson’s face. Prior to his ejection, Duren contributed six points in 12 minutes of play.
