Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso exited Monday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers due to a back issue and will not return. Caruso played just seven minutes in the first half before his departure. In his absence, Ajay Mitchell, Cason Wallace, and Isaiah Joe are expected to get additional playing time as the Bulls adjust their rotation for the remainder of the game.
